Acorn-fed shoulder is the front part of the Iberian pig that is raised in the pasture and receives a diet based on herbs (cereals and legumes), and during the fattening period it feeds on acorns and pastures up to achieve optimal weight. Its healing is natural in the Sierra de Candelario (Salamanca).

Its sweet taste and extraordinary aroma fat make this shoulder the soul of a good table.

It is a highly prized product.
