The Iberian loin is a noble piece that comes from the Iberian prey of fresh acorns, seasoned and left to cure to obtain an exquisite product. When cut, it suddenly has pink slices with a few streaks of asymmetrical fat.

When chewed, it is pleasant thanks to the perfect combination between the streaks of Iberian fat and its lean. It is tasty and firm; tastes like Iberian and natural fertilizers. From the nose to the mouth the intensity of the aroma increases.
